Regional initiatives are also enhancing teacher education using a combination of new and old ICT.

Many programs are sent by satellite and there are very meaningful to understand foreign country and international relation. These programs are sent by using not only English but any other Languages. Though, Almost all students do not have linguistic knowledge, they are almost understanding them. Visual information has more power than language.
